A large, clean, low key vegetarian restaurant not located in a tourist district. Popular & busy at lunch so there might be a wait. Serves a daily menu, 3 courses (entree, main dish, dessert plus a herbal drink) for an affordable price, and depending on the day you can choose between vegan or vegetarian. Please be aware that you have to ask in Spanish. Please note that it is a rarity to find a vegetarian/vegan place in this district of Lima. Open Mon-Fri 8:00am-8:00pm, Sat 9:00am-7:00pm, Sun 9:00am-8:00pm.

Low key, but fair and cheap - Edit
If you're a tourist chances are you won't be in this area of the city. It is far from any tourist area which makes this place more heroic, because locals in Lima are fierce meat eaters and this place is already years in this area selling vegetarian food. They don't label the ingredients so if you want to find out which ones are vegan you will need some basic Spanish (ask for ingredients 'leche', 'queso', 'huevo' for milk, cheese, egg).
Read moreThe place is fairly big, and during lunch time gets really packed, it serves daily menu with 3 dishes for a very cheap price. Also has a small shop inside where you can buy some local vegetarian and vegan goods.
Pros: cheap, menu changes daily
Cons: Far from tourist areas, You need basic Spanish
