Amazing options - Edit
Multiple vegan entrees and mains. I had the quinoa steaks with veggies and chipotle (I think) sauce. It was delicious and didn’t feel heavy.

Fuimos a desayunar y a comer. El mixiote, con hongos, fue mi favorito. La sopa autóctona nos encantó. El dueño es muy amable, y su staff muy atento.

Not great and rude owner - Edit
Vegan options are marked on the menu although not very inspiring...we ordered the tamales and one of the salads. Tamales were okay. The salad given was the wrong salad and then the spinach leaves were looking pretty dodgy and had bugs on them . The nice waiter was happy to exchange - so we ordered the salad we originally had. After doing so the presumed owner came over to explain that this must be a mistake as they wash everything very well (good so far considering). As he walked away he then rudely shoved a spinach leaf on this mouth and said 'see?'. Not nice service and made an already mediocre and a bit overpriced meal pretty bad!

Located close to Centro this place is really good with fresh ingredients serving Mexican style food but also very different dishes all of them delicious. Beautiful presentation for all the food. Carlos the owner and chef definitely takes great pride in his food. If you’re visiting the area visit this place it’s very nice and very very good

It is one of they greatest sorpresas y Valle de Bravo. They have original vegan recipies full of mexican flavor with natural ingredientes. Vegan MIXIOTE, was absolutly delicious with mushrums and quinoa crockets were increíble. Fully recomended
