nice food, high price - Edit
It's the only veg-friendly restaurant of the town, nevertheless I went there only twice as it is a little overpriced and fancy, it's ok for a romantic date but not for ordinary eat-out.
The food is indeed very nice as all the ingredients are organic, and the environment is relaxing, the staff is kind and there are many vegan options on the menu.
I think the target group of the restaurant are rich people in the wave of the organic fashion more than vegans, vegetarians and people who care about environment but I have to admit that my last visit there was nearly two years ago so maybe something changed.
Pros: nice food, organic
Cons: non veg, expensive
