La Veggicheria - temporarily closed

Personally, it's really nice to have a vegan food place near home when there weren't any.

While the soup + entrée combo is a good value, the ceviche and the burger is where it's at. The mushroom ceviche is good for a hot day, and the burger is perfect for every time I want something hearty and tasty!

I haven't tried the coconut aguachile yet, but a friend that does eat seafood says it's A+

The only letdown is the delivery service.
But that's not Veggichería's fault. They're located in a food court and they're the ones who take care of the deliveries.

Me encanta la opción de un lugar 100% vegano, con opciones gluten free y lo mejor, es que ofrece platillos muy diversos, desde los ceviches y cócteles, hasta pozole de hongos y mi favorito, el Sandwich de alcachofas en pan libre de gluten. ¡Yumm!

a number of indoor/outdoor food court-style veg restaurants have opened up. this is the latest vegan food court restaurants to open.

I just ordered a snack of a coconut vegan ceviche on crispy chips and a fruit cup. the fruit cup was very refreshing. the coconut ceviche was good, but I would have preferred if the flavors were stronger.

The people who work here are very helpful, and the seating area is comfortable and lively.

I tried a couple of their offerings and although these may be common dishes, I'd never had them before. I had one which was mainly fruit (fruit with chili) which was quite nice and another chips with coconut salsa which was great. Would return if in the area.

Don't leave without trying the "gaspacho"
