Le plat consiste en une quiche aux légumes vraiment délicieuse, petite salade accompagnante. Plusieurs desserts, cheesecake, gâteaux, cookies… Large choix de boissons chaudes disponibles à toute heure de la journée, sur place ou à emporter. Boissons softs, cidres et bières locales.

The main course consists of a truly delicious vegetable quiche with a small accompanying salad. Several desserts, including cheesecake, cakes, cookies, and more. A wide selection of hot drinks is available at any time of day. Soft drinks, ciders, and local beers are also available.
The setting is very pretty, with tables scattered throughout the flower and souvenir shop, and a charming patio at the back for lunch or afternoon tea on sunny days.
Pros: delicious light meal, perfect for a hot drink on site or to take away, wonderful tea time

A shining star in Brittany, showcasing how good French vegan food can be - Edit
Vegan places are few and far between in Brittany (and rural France in general) but La Végétalerie proves that it's worth the wait when you find one as special as this! The food here is sensational! I had the best plant-based quiche I've ever tasted, served with vibrantly fresh salad and drizzled with a lovely vinagrette. We also had a superb dish of courgette fritters with a tatsiki style dip. These were followed by the most incredible cheesecake I've ever met - truly sublime - and an intensely chocolatey, epic foundant style pudding. We also tried the smoothies and juices which were stellar.
Read moreIt's set in a beautiful space which sells a fantastic array of indoor plants amongst many other lovely homeware items, books and other goodies. This means that you're dining amongst hanging plants with lots of deep green foliage while gazing across at shelves of exotic looking succulents which is very magical. They also have a colourful little courtyard garden with tables for al fresco dining if the weather's good when you visit. The staff were all super lovely and helpful and made us feel really welcome. This place truly feels like an oasis, showcasing all the best things about plant-based and I'm so glad we got to visit.

We visited here on 13 September 2024 and had a lovely meal. The setting is great, felt very relaxing in among so many lovely plants. They had a choice of three mains (11 euros each) and we opted for the 'tarte' and the 'galettes'. Both were a good sized portion and very tasty. You can add a dessert on to a main course for an extra 3.50 euros - we both chose the chocolate fondant which was delicious. They had a wide selection of interesting drinks. The staff were friendly and efficient and we'll definitely visit again if we're back in the area.

How wonderful to find this all vegan restaurant in Brittany - definitely a rarity in the area. A small but truly excellent fully vegan menu (that changes weekly) in a lovely flowery concept store. We loved everything we had and will definitely come back. We were lucky to get a table but I do recommend booking if you come over lunch especially for a group larger than 2:)
