This will satisfy your craving - Edit
Was hesitant to come here because the reviews were 50/50, but my verdict is that it hits the spot. Not the best Vietnamese food I’ve had, but good enough. I can make this my go-to vegan pho and summer roll spot when I’m in St Pete. I’m pretty picky when it comes to vegan pho broth, but this passed my test.

Works for me - Edit
Overall it's a decent option in a pinch. It's possible to get a pretty quick, inexpensive sandwich here and that's pretty rare on this stretch of Central.

Disappointing vegan pho - Edit
The veggie pho really disappointed me, but the experience overall was pretty ok. I think it could help to ask for more Hoisin and Sriracha sauce, but those would be the only flavors you'd get from it. I do recommend the Taro tea though. If I were to go back, I'd probably get the tofu spring rolls instead!

Cons: Flavorless veggie pho, Not many vegetarian/vegan options , Expensive compared to similar restaurants

Love - Edit
Nice outdoor seating. Friendly service. Good parking. busy at lunch but still no wait. Tofu rolls were great. I had boba tea but for some reason it was like a frozen smoothie with the bubbles I'm not sure why never had it that way but was still good. Would ask for it differently next time. Vegan pho was lacking flavor. The noodles were totally suck together and difficult to eat. The main vegetable was bell peppers, i find that boring. Also only a couple bites of tofu. Id probably choose a different entree next time.

Vegan Pho! - Edit
The tofu spring rolls and tofu fresh rolls are both absolutely delicious. The pho here is my private addiction. It has mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, and all the yummy sides you could possibly hope for. The vegan bahn mi is also spectacular!

Lots of yummy vegan options - Edit
While they do serve meat, La V's menu has a large vegetarian section titled "Dearest Vegetarian," all of which is vegan if you do not get egg. I love the tofu fresh rolls!

Best tofu preparation - Edit
While this restaurant does not offer many vegan options, the ones they do offer are superb. The tofu bahn mi is awesome. (Ask for no butter to make it vegan). Tofu fresh rolls and tofu pho chay are also delicious. They really prepare tofu well here.

Great food and knowledgeable staff about what is vegan on the menu. The tofu salad, spring rolls, vermicelli Bowl, and tofu noodle soup are all amazing. most of the bubble teas can be made vegan as well. The vanilla bean boba is so delicious! Sake is good too!
