Cheap and good but cold - Edit
I've been to the La Trattoria twice and always left satisfied.
I know it used to be a veg friendly restaurant but nowadays is a buffet restaurant 99% vegan.
When you enter, it seems to be in an old traditional trattoria: simple and "country" but cool because of that.
The staff is nice and welcoming and explains you how the buffet works when they seat you.
The price vary depending on the size of the plate you choose. 2 are the available options: € 6 and € 9 (soup, dessert and drinks excluded but I think I paid € 1 for the soup and € 1.50 for the vegan dessert).
The € 9 plate is huge, allows you to taste most of the buffet and will fill your stomach more than enough.
The buffet offers many variations between cereals, vegetables, legumes and seitan/tofu/tempeh. Almost everything is vegan but ask the waitress if there's something vegetarian hidden between dishes.
The buffet is served cold and there's no way to have it heated (no microwave or hoven after you compose your plate).
Pros: Cheap & good
Cons: Cold, would love to have the food heated

Too shy to name themselves veg (!?) - Edit
Almost totally vegan, I wonder why they keep on listing meat. Food is really very good and on not predetermined days of week they offer buffet, which is the cheapest way to eat there (they don't have the all-you-can-eat formula though, but one full plate is enough), otherwise the price is medium. Many seats, outdoor and indoor. Location poor, not in the centre of town (20 minutes walk anyway, but close to the train station.
Pros: good food, nice atmosphere indoor
Cons: far from downtown, a bit anonymous outdoor
