Is this the same place as La Tortilleria Española? - Edit
I’m not sure this place still exists. The one I found was called La Torilleria Española (which is also listed separately on Happy Cow and has nearly the same coordinates). The menu looks similar though to what is described here. Either way, vegan options are not clearly labelled. The menu had no standard vegan options. I asked the staff; they offered to make the spanish omelette without the eggs. Other two options were tortilla chips with guacamole and chilaquiles without the cheese (no substitute mentioned). The spanish omelette was very nice though. So I guess just ask the staff about it, but don’t expect clearly marked vegan options.

Riquísimas tortillas veganas - Edit
La tortilla vegana está muy buena. Probamos una con tomate seco y otra con hongos y nos encanto. También desayunamos un día unos chilaquiles veganos que no están en carta como tal, pero al decir que somos veganos nos los prepararon y estaban riquísimos.

Vegan Spanish tortilla - Edit
Really sweet cafe with great service, serving a few yummy vegan options. These include vegan Spanish tortilla, vegan panini and a few side orders. The tortilla was delicious (a little oily although that didn’t take away from the taste) we also added sundried tomatoes and olives which made it even tastier. It’s only open for lunch and gets busy so go early.

Filling breakfast - Edit
There aren’t a lot of veg options on Holbox so we were happy to find this for breakfast one morning. We ordered two (huge) smoothies with our fruit of choice. Chilaquiles mixtos (red and green sauce) with veggies and frijoles and the vegan tortilla española. Ask for the habanero sauce, it’s so good! We were very pleased with their food and service.

Tasty lunch place - Edit
The Tortilleria is a good place for lunch. We even went two days in a row! The vegan options are clearly marked. The vegan tortilla is tasty (maybe a bit oily but is a fun and unusual option on Holbox) The vegan panini is pretty basic (just fried vegetables) but tasted fresh. That's the main thing. Everything is freshly made to order. The juices and smoothies are also lovely.

Had the vegan Tortilla and the vegan Sandwich.

Sandwich is a bit bland but comes with fries and Heinz Ketchup.
Both plates are big.
The mayo that is served with it is not vegan.
They will close at 4pm.
Location is convenient on the way from or to the harbour.
