Overall nice Mexican food - Edit
Pretty tasty food, ordered the California burrito, asada fries, and queso dip w/ chips.

Asada fries were also great, but the serving size was smaller than we would've expected.
Queso was meh. They didn't do anything to it so it was just bland cheese sauce. When I got home I added some canned green chilis and Cholula which made a massive difference. Wouldn't order it again though, shouldn't have to fix the food myself.
All in all nice meal though. They've recently relocated to Hinterland Food Trucks near 50th and Division. The eating area is simple but nice and there's a bar offering alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. We went during March Madness and saw one large TV with a game on but people there weren't paying attention.
Pros: Really well prepared
Cons: Queso dip was bland

I ordered the Milanesa Torta. The chipotle mayo was a little spicy for my low tolerance. The chick'n was flavorless and so greasy that I didn't finish it, which made the $14 cost even more unworthy.

Best Mexican In PDX - Edit
Sadly there really aren’t any great vegan Mexican spots in Portland, but in comes La Tequiza Vegana! They’re from Los Angeles so tells you everything! Everything was insanely good. I wish I had two of everything I loved it so much.

Our first time here and it is well worth it. My wife and I tried all 4 of their tacos and liked them all. We also tried their ice tea called Jamaica and their Horchata which is a Mexican drink that was sweet but good. We will be back.
