One of the Worst Experiences as a vegan - Edit
Don’t Go here please. We ordered from their VEGAN Menu to end up with Mayonnaise as a decoration on our plates which the owner confirmed was with Egg?!? As I can see on the Pictures from happy cow it’s their Standart Sauce eben for the vegan dishes as it is „just the decoration“. Missed the Point? Also we just tried the quesadilla and ended up with cows Cheese in our mouths. I asked to pay for our Drinks and that we want to leave. They got us the bill which also included the other dish that seemed to be vegan except of the mayonaise decoration and I had to explain them that I won’t Pay for This of course. As a owner I wouldnt Even let us pay for anything. They have vegan labelled dishes so you would expected them to be vegan.

If you’re vegan don’t go there! - Edit
If you’re a vegan I’d recommend you not to go there. We ordered the vegan quesadilla and vegan burrito. The food came with a decoration with mayonnaise. We asked and of course it was not vegan mayonnaise. Then we cut the „vegan“ quesadilla and immediately saw that it’s not vegan cheese. We went to the staff to ask and no one was taking the situation seriously.
Read moreSad because it would be so nice to have a vegan quesadilla and the ambiente itself was nice. But this place lost our trust.

High quality, pricey - Edit
The quesadilla not only had vegan cheese, but was stuffed with what seemed to be pico de gallo and a vegan meat al pastor. Really good and filing! The tacos al pastor were also great, had two. They had an amazing cocktail (see pic below), but at #firstworld prices. Some of the La Taquerias in the hotel one don't serve alcohol. This one does.

Amazing find right next to Dos Ceibas - Edit
This place was amazing and we were served by super friendly expats from Argentina. They have vegan al pastor and carnitas and coconut based vegan cheese and can veganize the tacos, quesadillas, burritos and nachos. Also next to a really delicious ice cream and coffee stand called Tulum Creamery with amazing vegan hazelnut and chocolate coconut ice cream and afogato!! There’s also an outdoor bar with fancy beer and tequila if that’s your thing😉
