Now with planted.pastor, clearly marked - Edit
They've updated their menu and now include meat replacement: planted.pastor which is nice. The planted.pastor burrito is excellent (comes in a very nice tortilla) but the chips that go along with it were not my cup of tea.

From my understanding, the restaurant only offers planted pastor either served in a plate, with rice, guac and beans, or in a burrito, or in tacos. except for that, they just offer nachos with guacamole for someone who follows a vegan diet.
Read morethe plate I got was nice and very filling, although the beans were a bit too salty for my liking. I didn’t ask if they had vegan dessert and the menu doesn’t clearly show what is vegan.

On their website there is a separate "Vegi Menu" where they clearly indicate what's vegan. Maybe your server didn't know about that one or they don't have it in print.
