Verbier Fine Dining for Vegetarians - Edit
Verbier is a tough place to get good vegan food. However this luxury spa hotel can come up with some amazing vegan dishes despite again not really having it on the menu. My experience is to always double check with michelin guide and most 1 star places like this will always cater to us fuzzy eaters :-)
Pros: Expensive as it should be, Excellent local swiss wine , Very formel and cozy. Good for aniversaries.
