Cheap soup, many vegan options - Edit
4 dl soup for 5,00-5,90€ (bring your own plate to get some discount!). There was (clearly marked) 3 vegan options, we had tofu&coconut soup. There was root veggies in the soup, too.
Not the most fanciful when it comes to taste, but for that price one should not expect gourmet food.

Perfect for a quick and healthy soup - Edit
This tiny soup bar offers everyday 4 different soups : organic, fresh vegetables, at least 2 vegetarian and/or vegan.
Mostly take-away as the place get full quickly.
Pros: Inexpensive , Good value, First soup bar
Cons: Small premises, Not open late
