Amazing Flammkuchen/Tarte Flambée!! - Edit
We cycled from Colmar through the vineyards, and stopped in Obernai for a mid-afternoon meal before continuing on. What a surprise to find traditional Alsacian food that offered something vegan! Like the other review mentioned, you can substitute the cream with soy cream. Best Flammkuchen ever(and I ate quite a few while still vegetarian)...it was so crispy and the tofu was delicious. All the vegetarian items on the menu are clearly marked. The soup of the day was also vegan, but make sure to ask.
Pros: vegan options in Alsace!

Vegan choucroute! - Edit
Not only they have vegan food (and we know that's not easy to find in France), but they veganize local traditional dishes!
Ask for soy cream instead of dairy, and don't miss the choucroute nor the flammekueche! (yes, you'll have to go at least twice).
Also, everything is organic, including excellent local wines and beers.
Pros: typical local dishes, organic, good wine
Cons: serves meat
