Delicious lunch - Edit
There are no vegan options listed on the menu. The chef prepared me the chef salad with the camembert on the side. The salad was delicious and beautifully presented.

La Siesta is a very nice place located perfectly along the road in Bolnuevo, just next to the beach. The staff is nice and professional. For the first time this year, they offered a completely vegan menu. I've had the paella and the vegetable wok (wok de verduras). The wok was ok but definitely nothing more. Basically just a few veggies in oil. The paella though was amazing, so I highly recommend to choose it if you're going there! They also have some good wines.
