Food Misrepresented as Vegan

I went with a group of omnis, two of whom are gluten-free. I ordered the only vegan option on the menu (Pastor Vegano), and it looked vegan from the description, but I asked for verification. This turned out to be a very good thing because everything at the restaurant is cooked with butter—even the filling for the Pastor Vegano. They substituted olive oil because I asked, so be sure to ask.

The Pastor Vegano was served with black beans that had been cooked with lard. I asked about the refried beans and was told those were also cooked with lard.

Two stars because the margarita was good and my friends all had plenty of delicious food to eat.

Pastor Vegano Tacos

They were pretty good. But thats the only vegan option on the menu

Terrible

Not only does the food have zero flavor but my vegan tacos came with a piece of steak in it and it was obvious the food was cooked on the same grill with meat. I would never go back to this place and this experience makes me afraid to try other Mexican restaurants. They may advertise a vegan entree but they obviously put no effort into making sure meat does get into your vegan meal.
