Je ne comprends pas bien comment ce restau peut être référencé ici ; il n'y avait aucune option vegan à la carte, et quand on a demandé au serveur s'il était possible de véganiser une des options végétariennes il nous a regardé avec des grands yeux comme s'il ne comprenait pas ce que "vegan" voulait dire. Pour quelqu'un qui bosse dans la restauration, en 2024, bref... Il nous propose le burger avec sauce mayo et ketchup, il aura fallu lui expliquer que non, l'œuf dans la mayo n'est pas un légume, pour finalement avoir un burger avec... Juste le pain, une galette de légumes et quelques feuilles de roquette. Qu'il n'y ait pas de substitut végétal au cheddar passe encore mais ils auraient pu faire l'effort de laisser au moins un trait de ketchup pour que ce soit moins sec, et quelques légumes supplémentaires en garniture à défaut de substitut protéiné. Je ne mettrai pas non plus une étoile parce que l'accueil était tout à fait correct mais 17,50€ juste pour une galette de légumes entre deux bouts de pain, c'est sûr que je n'y reviendrai pas!

Une bonne adresse lorsqu’on va visiter le Mont St Michel car l’accès en voiture est payant. Attention à bien demander la liste des ingrédients : le burger n’est pas Végan !

Some vegan options - Edit
As opposed to other's experiences, our waiter understood vegan and even told us he'd have the red pesto removed from the Gaia Burger because it wasn't vegan. Also La Luminx he said had eggs which when removed would make it vegan. Les Lunéides was vegan anyway.

Best vegan food you can find in the area - Edit
They have vegetarian options that you can make vegan, like the gaia burger. But they don’t understand what vegan means at all so you have to tell them what has to be removed from the burger.

They only mention vegetarian and and mix it up with vegan. Be sure to ask thoroughly about the food you are ordering. They sometimes provide wrong information.

Restaurant très bien situé, chouette décoration, personnel très sympathique. Au moins 5 choix de plats végétaliens, très rare pour un restaurant omnivore. Il y a même un dessert végétalien!

Vegan Paradise in a small town - Edit
I was so happy to have found this restaurant that serves decent vegan meals with a big variety. So unusual for a small town in France. I took a coffee with plant milk and caramel syrup and a vegan burger (Gaia burger). Super yummy and filling! Great service too.
