Vegan options with entertainment. - Edit
Quite a lively place! We visited on a Sunday night (7-ish), they had singers that amped up the crowd. Food was ok (vegan main options made mostly with processed vegan meats). I had the bangers and mash with the Impossible sausage.

Yummmyyyy - Edit
The vibes, the staff, and the food were all really good here! The edamame was the BEST I’ve ever had, and I didn’t think it was possible to make edamame particularly exciting! I then had the vegetable gyozas and vegan carbonara. All 10/10!!!!

Nice ambiance, good food, loud live music - Edit
It's quite surprising to see a fair amount of vegan dishes on a menu for a place like this. When you walk in, it doesn't exactly give off the vibe of a vegan-friendly establishment, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had the gyozas and Beyond Burger, both which were very good. They had other vegan dishes like bangers and mash, curry, and carbonara pasta. The live music was on the loud side, but the wait staff was friendly enough to lower the volume on the speakers close to our table.

Cons: Music can be loud

Not too bad - Edit
Ate the vegan bangers & mash and had a glass of the house red. Well done, only complaint was thatI could’ve used more potatoes! The gravy was tasty and the peas added an authentic angle to a traditional British dish; from what I understand this place is a regular hang out for folks from the UK!

Amazing - went twice! - Edit
Loved La Sala, it is a really great restaurant with amazing vibe. You will need to reserve! They have clearly indicated vegan options across their menu and a variety. I had the vegan carbonara with fake bacon and it was delicious. Not too heavy and very refreshing. It comes with cheesy garlic bread which I thought was impressive. Another in my party had the vegan burger and found it delicious. We also shared the fake beef salad which we loved. Staff were a bit abrupt but I think that is just the culture.

Good vegan options but bugs in my salad - Edit
Several vegan items on the menu. Beyond meat burger was nice and the red curry was OK as well. However, the same vegetable curry is €2 cheaper on the normal menu compared to the "veggie/vegan" menu.

Vegan hot dog, did the job. This restaurant was the second option as first one listed in the area had no vegan, which was odd

Plants go chic - Edit
Went to La Sala the other evening with my husband, we are both long term 100% plant based vegans, La Sala has now improved it's vegan options and they are even better than those they had before. A really excellent choice of approx 12 dishes, beautifully presented and prepared by their very talented chef. We both agree that considering the restaurant is not a dedicated plant based venue, their chef has produced really excellent vegan fare, a real credit to La Sala. We had a great time, the whole environment is lively, elegant and fun. It does make a change to be in such a restaurant and not have to be content with the usual hummus and avocado, we love these foods by the way but so good to have a real choice of such wonderful vegan fare and then be able to dance afterwards!! Well done to La Sala.

Cons: Would love the whole menu to be vegan!!, More Vegan puds needed but this being worked on, Can't think of any more.......
