A listed (and tasty) vegan option in a pretty Spanish restaurant!

We saw a vegan option on the poster for this very pretty, rustic looking restaurant in Agés. If you remove the cheese from the vegetarian burger it becomes vegan, but you aren't missing out! The crispy lentil patty is flavoursome, complimented by the fried aubergine slices, with lots of salad, guac and sauce inside too. You can take away and carry it up to the sunset viewpoint back up the Camino path too for dinner with a view.
