Promising on the menu, disappointing on the plate - Edit
We were quite excited to go there and to see the menu inside, with many burgers offered. The place is central and the staff was friendly. All that was promising! But because we were during the Visa pour l'image festival, they did not serve burgers, but only a dish of the day that consisted of a tofu pie, with lentils, vegetables and a watermelon slice. The dish was nicely presented with fresh products but the whole was a bit bland (the tofu pie had absolutely no flavor). And it was really pricey for what you get (13 euros). They have more choices for dessert but again, it was pricey for the quantity you get. I had a carrot cake quite small (but good) for 5 euros. On the whole, I think they can do really better. Maybe their burgers worth the try?
Pros: central location, friendly staff, fresh products, 100% vegan
Cons: food a bit bland, expensive, small portion, limited choice during Visa pour l'image festival

Decent food, good desserts - Edit
As this is the only vegan restaurant in Perpignan, my husband and I ate there three times. The place was clean, the staff was nice. The food was decent but nothing to write home about. The desserts were quite good, though.
Pros: Clean, Good value, Good desserts
Cons: Rather boring food

Only totally vegan restaurant in Perpignan. - Edit
Since it's the only one, i happened to go there a few times, only to witness how rude the owner is...
The food is ok, the desserts are good.
It's quite expensive, since it's what you can cook yourself at home for far cheaper!
Pros: vegan menu
Cons: rude owner, expensive

kitchen is closed - Edit
they apparently normally serve burgers, but the kitchen is closed for construction and therefore they only had wraps and pie and dessert. while the pie was good, it was disappointing to arrive here starving, only to find out that they don't really serve food at the moment. i would definitely go back to try the burgers as they sound amazing.

Deception ! Good food, bad welcome ! - Edit
The food is great, everything is vegan, yummy, tasty, nothing to say about this, but the owner of the restaurant who also happens to be the "chef" is simply rude and behaves very badly with her waitress.
The waitress on the opposite is really caring, listening and stands her boss'attitude, but I really feel sorry for her. She does everything right, transmits the oreders the right way to the chef, but she's being blamed for the chef's mistakes.
Go there for the food, but don't expect to be welcome, especially if you ask for a table inside, rather than outside in the street. the owner really wants to keep you out of the restaurant, and her attitude will, in the end, manage it with every customer walking in.
Avoid the smoothies ! She doesn't trust her waitress enough to let her prepare the smoothies themselves, so if you order your dring before eating, you might be lucky getting it at the end of your main course. Otherwise, the smoothie will be your dessert because the "chef" wants to prepare all the meals by herself, so she considers drinks are secondary.
I'm not sure I'll go back there. I can't stand the attitude of this lady blaming the waitress in front of the customers when she is the one who's wrong and the waitress is doing evrything in her means to make things right.
Pros: Vegan, Great taste
Cons: Owner's attitude, Waiting time

Freewill 13 Dec 2015 - I actually went back to the "Revolution verte" recently, and have to admit big efforts have been made concerning the attitude. I didn't feel as bad as the previous time I went, I felt a better desire to satisfy the customer, and a better care from the chef. The food is still excellent.
