Rico! - Edit

Great experience - Edit
It’s small and cosy with a great atmosphere and fills up quickly. The Parilla for two is reasonably priced and has lots of different textures and tastes. A must if you want to try a vegan version of Argentina’s most popular food.

Me parecieron poco profesionales y algo descorteses

The „meat“ looks almost TOO much like meat.

Best restaurant for Argentine food - Edit
Incredible. There’s no other place in the world like La Reverde. It does vegan Argentine right! The chorisaurio is humongous and so good! The bread is great, the chori is great, the sauces are great. If you go at night, get the parrillada para dos to try all their meats. Their vegan meats are unlike anything I’ve ever had! They mastered the texture and flavor. Also, the empanadas are delicious and the whole place has the feel of a typical Argentine restaurant with cozy vibes and friendly service. Also, the dessert cups are bomb.

Best vegan fast food in Buenos Aires - Edit
The seitan milinesa is excellent. I really like their vegan cheese. Definitely a reccomend this place. Don't expect raw healthy food just because it is vegan. It is a parrilla place so you should know what to expect.

Excelente lugar - Edit

Disappointing - Edit
I was really excited for this restaurant but the food I got wasn’t good - I got a baked empanada but it tasted really gross and my sandwich was very bland (basically just fake meat on bread).

it used to be sort of hard to get a taste of traditional Argentinean cuisine, but this place has done it! they are all in for tradition in its cruelty-free form! Everything they prepare is delicious, their seitan has the best texture ever, portions are generous, staff is very kind!

Worth the wait! - Edit
This was such a great little find. Was not expecting to be able to have an Argentinian steak experience as a veggie! We shared a sort of “mixed grill” with steak, sausages and pork, which were all made from different sorts of protein. The fries were also amazing. The portions are very generous and it’s very cheap for what you get. It’s a very small cafe and very popular - get there early or expect to queue. Because it was so busy the food also took quite a long time to come (our waitress did tell us this would happen).

Amazing food, cash only is annoying - Edit
The food is really good. It really is. It’s one of the best approximations I’ve had to traditional Argentine food. I had the chorizo sandwich and it was really good.

The fact that the place only takes cash is very annoying, but that’s also a very usual feature in Argentina.

Amazing! We are speechless. - Edit
The fake meat tastes so unbelievable real that we wear not sure if this is even vegan but it is. We never ate something this good before. Finally I could eat the traditional Argentinian food (in a vegan version). We’re still amazed and planned already to got here tomorrow again. Also it’s super cheap.

Da muss man hin! - Edit

Great Argentinian cuisine! - Edit
What a great find. We had lunch here and were lucky enough to get in just before the lunch rush where there was a line of about 20 people waiting to get in. Definitely a popular place. We really enjoyed our empanada, parilla and chorizo sandwich. It’s so great to be able to enjoy traditional Argentinian food as a vegan. Definitely not one to be missed. Also try the housemade grape fruit lemonade. Super refreshing on a hot day. The staff were lovely and spoke great English. It’s also really well priced.
