Went there a few times while we were in the city for a few weeks. We loved the food, especially because you can try versions of many traditional Argentinian dishes.

Read moreMy partner enjoyed this place because he was a new vegan, but for me.. some meat textures were a little difficult to chew because they were almost identical to animal meat. Very chewy, greasy, and fatty-like. I enjoyed the empanadas more than the parrilla.
The staff was kind and when we visited, we were the only ones in the restaurant. It was a one of a kind experience, but I don’t think we’d return.

If you liked meat (particularly beef) once upon a time, you'll probably enjoy this place. I personally found the meat substitute way to greasy and fatty (not sure how they replicated it!).

It's a small place, so be prepared to wait outside a while to be seated. I did really enjoy the vibe of the place and it was nice to be surrounded by fellow vegans in such a meat focused city/country!

I went back another day and ordered the double choripan and it was supposed to have cheese, but it only came with mustard, which I only noticed later, because I got takeaway.
The two different desserts were really good!

The meat of Vacio de seitan a la Parrilla is too sticky, I really thought it would be delicious for the looks but was not so. Some people said it was good. Maybe The Matambrito would have had a better taste, we didnt try that one. What we liked more was the cafe with soymilk which tasted really good and the lemonade also was good. The meat was too greassy. Anyway, I think the chorrisaurio was better than the Vacio.
