It’s so hard to find vegan galettes in Brittany

I give 3 stars because the staff was extremely thoughtful and nice. Also because I called several creperie before and all of them uses milk/egg in their batter, and I tried very hard to find an option for vegans who would like to try this french specialty.
The galette is a bit small, CAREFUL TO ASK THEM TO NOT ADD BUTTER, I recommend to order 2 galettes to get enough food. They are not very generous with the garnish unfortunately. But everyone is nice and willing to include everyone.
Btw I invite everyone coming to Brittany to call crêperies for their batter composition because I feel like no one is looking for vegan galettes in Brittany, even though the galettes are sometimes naturally vegan.

Cons: Small portion, Still hungry afterwards
