Nice surprise - Edit
We arrived in San Andrés de Pisimbalá (Tierradento) at 7 pm and didn't expect such a nice surprise. They cater for vegan diets, and the food was really good. By staying there, you can enjoy a healthy breakfast (included in the room rate), visit the archaeological museum, Segovia, El Duende and El Tablon in the morning, have lunch at the hotel and leave Alto de San Andrés and Aguacate for the afternoon.
Read moreI really liked the fact that they did NOT bring bread to our table, it shows that they understand what a vegan diet is, as in South America, a lot of bread unfortunately have dairy in them.
