The best vegan/vegetarian store in the Chablais! - Edit
I used to go to Lausanne to find healthy vegan products, until I found this one ! Monthey is a small city but that place sells as much variety as the well known stores in Lausanne.
I go there every saturday morning. They have all the food you might want to try as a vegan or vegetarian. The owner is very friendly and always there to help.
The first time you go there try not to be in a rush! cuz they have so many products, you might need to spend atleast an hour just to discover the variety of healthy products they offer : vegan/vegetarien/gluten free/ bio and organic/home made ect...

Pros: Wide variety of products, Healthy, brands you cannot find anywhere else
Cons: not necessarely easy to find a parking
