great option for something fancy! - Edit
If you're up for something a bit fancy La Polenteria is a great option. The staff were very knowledgeable about dietary requirements and asked if there were any vegans at our table (two of us were) then pointed out everything on the menu we could eat (the items were clearly labelled vegan as well). There were 3 appetisers and 3 mains that were vegan, as well as most of the side dishes. I had the beetroot polenta and really enjoyed it. Definitely something different and a nice change from the usual vegan fare in the area.

thumbs up - Edit
I really like this place. Good concept. I had the gnocchi with pesto as I adore gnocchi :) and some polenta chips on the side. Reasonable prices considering its central London. Relaxed atmosphere. Maybe one down side was it seems family run and every member of the family seemed to be there just sitting around chatting. In one way nice but in another I felt like a bit of an intruder. Over all nice and o would go back again
Pros: good concept , good food, central
Cons: felt a little out of place

Tasty and Cosy - Edit
I really enjoyed the mushrooms and polenta here. Not a place for cheap eats though.

I'd rather avoid this one - Edit
They changed the menu apparently, 2 main options for vegans. Nothing special- quite tasteless... overpriced for cheap ingredients.
I wouldn't say it worth it, sorry for that, I love giving good reviews.

Nice - Edit
Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff. Vegetarian and vegan options are clearly labelled in the menu (the menu is divided into sections - Vegan, Vegetarian, Meat, Fish)which is very useful. Food is very good, good quality ingredients, freshly prepared. It is a very good option if you are with non vegetarian friends. The vegan dishes are nice, but they are made only with vegetables (and polenta); they happen to be vegan because they have just veggies, but they are very low in protein. I would suggest using some beans, nuts or other vegan proteins in their vegan dishes.
Pros: Friendly staff, Good food
Cons: Expensive wine and beer

Great vegan cupcakes - Edit
Cakes by Ms Cupcake, made using polenta (so gluten free as well). A great place for coffee and cake in Soho! They have some great sounding vegan options on the menu as well, to the extent that vegan food seems to be a priority (listed first, not just an afterthought)!
