Amazing Roesti - Edit
I was not expecting to be able to get such a nice meal in Moleson sûr Gruyères! They offer a vegan burger on the lunch menu but I asked the staff and they said they could prepare a vegan Roesti for me, which usually they only have on the dinner menu.
Read moreVery reasonable prices (20-25CHF for a main) and exceptionally nice service.
They run 3 more restaurants along the Mountain railway, but weirdly the others don't specify vegan dishes. At the summit restaurant they offer a very similar Roesti dish, so it might be worth asking up there if you prefer your meal with a view!
