Burger - Nachos - Fries - Edit
As the vegan restaurant was closed during our stay in Lugo, we went to this burger place. The waitress was really friendly yet not well-prepared regarding certain food if it contained animal products.
Read moreI had the vegetarian burger veganized, as I am not a big fan of the Beyond burger. I paid 1,20€ extra for the vegan cheese to replace the regular cheese which was still cheaper than the Beyond Burger. It was really good. My partner ordered the Beyond Burger which came in a different bread (not really burger-like bread).
The Nachos and the Yuca were also very good.
For you to know, only the slightly spicy sauce was vegan.

This is a lovely place in historic part of Lugo, with great tasty burgers, vegan, vegetarian and others.

The King of Hamburgers - Edit
Restaurant close to the historic center of its ancient walls. Specialized on hamburgers of all types and of quality. I think, for the moment, the best or one of the best hamburger that I ate in Spain.

Also the non-vegan hamburgers are very very good.
I recommend the hamburger: the "Pepita Vegana", "Pepita Serranita", "Pepita Chaparrita" and "Pepita Sorrentina".
There are also vegan options besides hamburgers like sweets, salads and appetizers.
Also "patatas gruesas caseras" very recommendable.
The price is fair for the quality, especially for a hamburger with a homemade sandwich.
The place is nice and the staff very professional and pleasant.
I recommend this restaurant!

Several vegan options - Edit
We ordered a vegan burger, which was Beyond meat with vegan cheese, and home made fries to share ( very tasty!), as well a delicious combo of patés and hummus with toasted bread, yuca chips and raw carrot. It was very good, I loved it! Not very cheap, but acceptable. La Pepita is a quite good option if you are in the centre of Lugo, good location and spacious place.
