We drove an hour out of our way to visit this bakery. Everything we tried was amazing! I think my son would have gotten one of everything if I’d let him… we tried the croissants, a palmier and the most beautiful brownie pastry.

Favourite pâtisserie in the world - Edit
Small vegan bakery with incredible delicious pastries, our favorite must stop when we drive by Liége. The creations are sensible and rich of flavour, with well combined & balanced proportions. If you’re lucky you can also get a discount and getting some pastries for the half of the price😄

Service was swift and friendly. Price was fair considering the quality.

Delicious crispy croissants that I thought I’d never eat vegan. We also had some couque suisse which were very very good and filled with a thick, smooth cream.

Loved the sweets 🤤 The Boules de Berlin is perfect, creamy and light; not stodgy at all! We also tried pain au chocolat with an offer 2 2 because they were from the day before but somehow perfectly fresh and chocolatey 🫶🏽 Unfortunately on this Sunday we visited the place not many things were left.

Read moreI bought 3 different pastries and all of them were incredible. They were not too sweet, perfectly balanced and also very beautiful.
My non vegan friend loved them as well (even more than traditional pastries, she said!).
I will definitely come back to try other pastries.

This place was heaven! The pastries are divine and not too sweet and there's plenty to choose from. I wish there'd be such a place where I live. I was on a car trip and the detour cost us some time, but it did not disappoint. Definitely worth a stop!

It's a small bakery, but it has a lot of ALL VEGAN deliciousness! We were on holiday in Liège and found this place. Me and my husband haven't eaten rich cream-filled croissants in a looooong time. It's so thick and creamy. We loved it very much. We also picked some other sweet stuff as you can see on the picture.
Read moreNicolas and his staff are very nice and polite. Parking in the neighborhood is for free and you can also come here by public transport. It is worth the trip!
