Very vegan friendly! - Edit
This is delicious, authentic New Mexican food- updated to be veg and vegan friendly! No hidden animal products in any dishes. They can make most of the dishes vegetarian/vegan and gluten free. Items I have tried (we go about once a week!) are the tacos with calabacitas (squash), enchiladas, tamales, tofu scramble, sopaipillas, breakfast potatoes, vegan posole. Everything is so good. One of the owners (Jessica) is vegan so they are very knowledgeable- just ask.
