Good Local Vegan Food - Edit
Vegan cuisine is served in a quaint plaza. The outdoor seating is lovely and the staff was helpful. The tortilla, calamares, and bocadillo were all good. The tiramisu was fantastic: fluffy and flavorful. The only gripe I have with La Pajareria is the inconsistencies in portions. Two times we were served portions that were obviously smaller than the same dish being served to another table. It feels like you're being cheated to a small degree and something that can be easily remedied.

Un bar como de toda la vida pero mejor aún 🌱 el personal es amable y atento y la comida maravillosa. La ración de patatas bravas es enorme y están muy buenas, son patatas de verdad. Pedimos dos hamburguesas, las dos muy ricas, pero destacaría sin duda la Pulled Pork, de las mejores hamburguesas veganas que he probado. También tienen chuches para los perritos de los clientes y un bote de donaciones para animales rescatados. Repetiré.

La Pajareria es nuestro bar de cabecera en Vallecas. Un sitio que tiene una carta de bar que no tiene nada que envidiar a un bar normal de toda la vida, pero con un truco: aquí todos los bocadillos, hamburguesas, y hasta los calamares, son veganos.

Desde que este bar se volvió 100% vegano, se ha convertido en un auténtico lugar de culto. Tienes las clásicas opciones de restaurante vegano tipo burguer y luego una selección de raciones clásicas veganizadas, ni una mala. Solo el fish and chips está para pedirse 10 o 12. Además, el trato es muy bueno, la terraza muy agradecida y el ambiente del local totalmente acertado. 5/5, sin fallo.

This tapas bar is absolutely amazing. Their tapas are mindblowing, their sandwiches too, plus they come in very big servings! Really uplifting activist atmosphere (feminist, LGTBIQ+, antiracist, antispeciesist, etc.) and super helpful and accomodating staff. Never mind it's away the town centre and pay them a visit bc I'm sure you'll enjoy it as we did.

Mi terraza favorita en Vallecas - Edit
Los platos veganos y vegetarianos están claramente marcados en la carta. Las hamburguesas son veganizables, y es el único sitio que conozco en el que la opción vegana es más barata. Recomiendo el falafel, la tortilla vegana y la cerveza de la casa (pedal). Este sitio antes era la Vegana Vallecana y se nota que ha mantenido el espíritu.
