Temps d'attente et prix inconcevable. La nourriture vegan est séparé du menu normal et correspond à un menu gastronomique. Pas possible d'avoir un plat standard pour un prix standard qui remplit le ventre.

great vegan food from a creative chef - Edit
stayed in the hotel next door and this was my only option for food. I was very pleasantly surprised to get a wonderful dish with home made vegan chorizo, amazing tasting mushrooms and other vegetables. The chef had even prepared home made vegan mayo. Very much recommended.
