Local food but few vegan options - Edit
What is great about the place it that it was very tasty and they serve traditional local dishes. It seems that the ingredients were from a garden behind the house. Unfortunately, there are only a few vegan options (potatoes, chickpea stew and another stew with “berros”) - so you end up missing your proteins😉The view was great as well, but in that neighborhood there is not much else apart from that restaurant.

The mojo and the potaje de berros were very nice!
They also have two dessert options: coconut cake and brownie.

Food quite simple, but tasty. Only four vegan options, others vegetarian. Cooked from local products, they also have a small amount of their own mojos, marmalades and oils that you can buy in a restaurant.

Few vegan options but healthy and fresh - Edit
We went there at 2 pm and had to wait as the restaurant was full. It seems to be a popular lunch stop for guided hiking groups.

Vegetarian with options - Edit
Had lunch here on a trip to La Gomera. Nice to encounter a place with real vegan options on the islands. They also had options for desert. Good food and locally sourced.

A must stop - Edit
This place is amazing. Not only is it vegetarian local food. But Ms. Efigenia is part of the history of the island. We felt as if we were eating at our grandmother's house. Super fast and friendly service.

Sehr ruhige Lange, leckeres Essen - Edit

Expected more - Edit
I expected more from an all-vegetarian restaurant. It was bland and unexciting food such as bread, regular salad, hummus, and tomato sauce. The lemonade was good.

It's a fully vegetarian restaurant using local ingredients. They have few vegan options but menus are possible to be adjusted to vegan version. Both menus cost 10 € excluding the drink and it was delicious. It's a must stop when you are visiting La Gomera.

Terraza acogedora, personal atento y amable.

Local food, vegan no problem - Edit
The restaurant and Efigenia herself is quite famous on the island. She has her staff taking care of the customers, but is still around and likes a chat. There is no menu, only the dish of the day and a dessert. We asked for a vegan option and got a vegetable soup, salad and corn gofio with mojo - a very traditional dish. As the cakes were not vegan we were automatically served a banana with liqueur instead.

Traditional Gomeran food with a difference - Edit
Traditional family run restaurant up in the mountains. We found the restaurant by accident whilst staying in an airbnb cottage close by. You eat the meal of the day which is the traditional golfi, with a delicious veg stew with beans and chickpeas and a lovely salad. Bread and mojo plus the milk pudding for dessert. Excellent value for money and definitely recommended. Most of the meal except for dessert was vegan.
