Good selection - Edit
They usually have regular soy "meat"and the "steak"one but also have a "ceviche" type one. If you can't find it, they will gladly help you out. Look at the shelves above eye level..there's lots of different nuts,seeds, spices,etc and the lower levels have different dried chilies ,beans, etc.
Also,they have a good selection of produce including nopales (cactus) and have frozen tamales de elote (corn tamales)which are vegan.
