Read moreI chose to create my own pizza as some of my favourite ingredients were extras. Tasty, quick and speedy with a great vegan cheese ('gud', a Mexican product, apparently). My carnist friend enjoyed his pizza as well.
There was a vegan lasagne available as well.

couldn‘t add more to the previous comments so I‘ll post the menue. Vegan cheese and gluten free bread costs more. Only flaw was the wine coming in not wine glasses (this is important to me ok)

Not only was the pizza really tasty, the server was familiar with vegan requirements, which always gives us more confidence when eating at non-vegan places. They also serve vegan empanadas and have a vegan dessert.

I was enchanted by my dinner at La Matatena. The team was authentically friendly and paid attention to every detail, reassuring your wellbeing. I was happy that they offer two sizes for their pizza, and combined the small one with a salad. The cook is generous with the chosen ingredients, which I was fond of. The cardamom kombucha matched the food perfectly and the warm banana muffin was the crowning glory of the meal.

Fancy, tasty, pizza with a thin base and excellent vegan cheese, lots of toppinga to chooae from (I added artichoke hearts and sundried tomatos). Really hit the spot and the wonderful craft beers made it a perfect meal.

This place has a few good options but nothing spectacular flavor-wise. The vegan cheese is cheesing and the banana bread is soft (ask them to heat it). I had the vegan lasagna and added sea salt that I carry in my bag.

They didn’t have the vegan lasagna when we went which was disappointing as I was looking forward to it - the pizza was expensive and you have to pay extra for vegan cheese. As the pizza was quite thin and small I wanted something on the side -

Omg. Best [censored] pizza in my life. Lots of vegan options and the service is so good. When we came the lasagna was out. But I asked if it’s possible that there is one the next day. She asked around what time I wanna come around and she will keep some lasagna for me. She even asked if I prefer it with soy or mushrooms. So lovely. Also highly recommend the cake. Ufff. So good.

Very tasty but quite expensive - Edit
There was a lot of choice and I have to say the pizza was absolutely delicious. The downside was that I felt the pizza sizes were quite small (I ordered a large one because I was very hungry and I had to check with them that they had actually brought me a large and not a small!). Also the prices were very high in my opinion, so I can't imagine many local people being able to eat here. But overall I really enjoyed my meal, the wine was nice and service was attentive.
