Delicious hummus and falafel plate! BEWARE served two dairy dips

Having just arrived in Pushkar, I decided to come here for lunch. I immediately loved the comfy, spacious roof top seating area by the lake. Great decor and very chilled.
Lots of vegan food options, but the hummus and falafel plate caught my eye. I asked the server if he recommended it which he did. I told him that I was vegan- no ghee, yogourt, cream etc.
When the plate arrived, I saw something which looked like raita and actually spoke to the chef. There were two sauces which had dairy. I was really disappointed as had clearly said that I was vegan. As two dishes were removed, I asked if they would be replaced with vegan dishes or price adjusted. I was given tahini and a pomegranate seed, onion, tomato and cucumber salad. The lemon linca ( homemade lemon soda) was refreshing.
I would have given 5* but when I explain that am vegan and what I don’t eat, don’t expect two non vegan dishes to be served. Perhaps should have pulled my V card in Hindu but didn’t think needed to as this place classified as offering vegan and vegetarian food on Happy Cow and previous reviews posted. Be aware and clearly explain and ensure that food is all vegan.

Unique and clean space

I like the food n vibes. The cafe was so clean n hygiene. The interior was so good n beautiful
