Surprising fresh vegan options

Small bistro focused on lunch/brunch options located partially outdoors in modern shopping plaza.

With Northern Mexico being meat-obsessed, I was impressed by their vegan options, although at the time you had to ask the waiter about them as they were off menu. They said the menu was being modified and tested as they had just opened, so it’s possible these items will be visibly ‘on menu’ next time!

On my first visit I had chilaquiles in salsa ranchero (a beany sauce) with avocado and vegan cheese. On my second visit, I had molletes was it vegan cheese and special mushroom chorizo. Both were great, and the baguette was especially delicious as they make it in-house daily. They have great vegan drink options, too. (Smoothies, golden milk, green juice, etc)

Pros: Great vegan options , Fresh food , Friendly service

Cons: You have to ask for the vegan menu
