Amazing Ravioli, very good restaurant. - Edit

I tryed 3 dishes all great. The ravioli, the best I had ever and tthey were vegan! ;)
The waitress speak english and very kind explaining all. Very nice place in the center of Verona.
One of the two vegan restaurants in the center of verona 100% vegan.
Once a month, sunday, they do a buffet all you can eat for breakfast, but I was not able to do it.
Recommended.

Pros: nice place, good service, great food

Sad... - Edit

We were so happy to find a vegan restaurant nearby our hotel, we came a little to early(10 min) and were sent away because preparations on the tables were not finished yet, no worries, we returned at 7pm, asked for a table in the back, no, everything boooked and no service in the backroom today, so we got a place at the entrance, half an hour later everybody who asked was offered a table in the backroom, then the wrong dish came, again no worries... alltogether a little disappointing, we felt like tourists, that never come back, so no need to be friendly!
I liked the food, my girl was not so happy...

Pros: food

Cons: serrvice, service, service

excellent - Edit

In San Zeno: nice Verona neighborhood near Adige river. Very cozy restaurant. We ordered pizza with homemade cheese, italian agnolotti, mixed grill, zucchini gratin and white chocolate cake: everything was very good and tasty. Mixed grill is special.

Great food, amazing desserts - Edit

A nice place, pretty close to the Arena and the Adige river. I often eat there, even at lunch time, and the food is always very good. The desserts are simply amazing. As a vegetarian, not a Vegan, I still can't believe one can make such perfect Profiterole cakes... Do not miss the cheese cake.

Great last supper - Edit

Sorry for an Italy pun. We ate here on our last night in Italy. We were so glad we made it. We shared four dishes. The first was a cold cuts plate with 6 deep fried pillows of bread. OMG. I'm not a huge fake meat fan, but this was sublime. Then we had an onion pizza, very good. Ravioli lunghi (rectangles) were stuffed with a delicious tempeh mixture, and topped with little green beans. The other main dish was a mixed grill: 4 or 5 grilled "meats" including a sausage of some kind that was like a really good hot dog. They came with three nice sauces. Everything was awesome. Ironically, the only disappointment was the Sacher Torte for dessert; it was a bit dry and not that great. Staff was very nice, beers were quite reasonably priced.

Pros: Charming atmosphere

Classy, High Quality Well-priced Vegan Restaurant - Edit

High quality vegan restaurant. It's classy (so many vegan places are tacky), the staff were helpful, and the food was incredible. They did vegan takes on a number of traditional Italian dishes.

There's no English on the menu. The staff are happy to help with explaining the food, but had some difficulties with some things. But we were game to just make an educated guess and see what came out, and we definitely weren't disappointed!

Most dishes were 7 or 8 euro. We got an entree, two primi, two secondi, a dessert (panna cotta - yum!), water, and 2 beers (that was a LOT of food) and it cost us about 50 euro for the both of us. For a pretty high-end experience, we were very happy with that.

Highly recommend, and would definitely go again. (This time I'd try one of their pizzas!)

Pros: High Quality, Delicious Food, Well Priced

Cons: None

Amazing food - Edit

La Lanterna is absolutely a gem. We had 2 meals in Verona there, and they were both excellent. The food is exquisite and innovative, the people are friendly, and the service is wonderful. We cannot recommend it enough. A must for any vegan visiting Verona, maybe even as a day trip from Venice.

We're Split On This - Edit

We had radichio ravioli and vegan pizza and chocolate cheese cake.
I thought the food was amazing, my partner less so, but says it's a special place (the one year old liked the pizza and cake, but the radichio was too bitter).
The waitress was very helpful and translated everything on the menu.

Pros: Varied, Interesting, Tasty

Cons: A Bit Expensive, Not To Everyone's Taste

Brilliant - Edit

Went th for lunch, fixed plate, evening has full menu. Lunch was delicious and the "cake" was perfect. Good wine available all Eco friendly, the staff know some English but no issue. The decor is above average and pleasantly colourful. Food was not an over kill size but sufficient to satisfy. Was happy with the cost, not too expensive. We a vegetarian but places like this will easily convert us

Pros: Decor, Price, Food

Cons: Can be hard to find

a real vegan restaurant - Edit

It's a "real" restaurant, 100% vegan! Strongly suggested for dinner (less for lunch), you can taste ravioli or pasta with some awesome sauces! Starters need to be improved a bit as well as desserts (some are extremely good, some other are delicious). If they are full, the service could be very very slow. Price is moderate.

Pros: 100% vegan, organic, great variety available

Cons: poor starters, slow service, atmosphere

Wonderful Restaurant Pizzeria - Edit

I've been there a few days ago. We tasted both the kitchen and the pizza: everything made with care and delicious! In particular the pizza with vegan mozzarella, really special! Absolutely recommended!
