Decent food, small portions - Edit
Friendly staff, decent food, small portions.

Great food, small portions - Edit
I really enjoyed the food I got here, but I was a little disappointed in their kombucha. It was anything out of this world. I ended up ordering a second round of food, as the first round wasn’t filling enough. The space is really cute, including board games. And the staff was helpful. Definitely worth a visit!

Good but not huge portions - Edit
Had the pumpkin flautas and kombucha. Flautas were amazing though a bit small for the price. Kombucha was good but didn't really taste like the flavor on the label.

smallest ice-cream ever - Edit
The smallest ice-cream I've seen in my life !
Read moreThe menu says 3 balls, there were only two and the waiter told me it's because before they were tiny but now they are big 🧐
I can't believe it could be smaller than this before. It's ridiculous and I felt scamed even though it was tasty (coffee and coco flavours)
I didn't want to try anything else then.

Grotty staff, small portions, good food - Edit
The waiter was terrible. He seemed nervous and confused, but was a nice guy. First the menu was reduced and they could only offer 3 dishes. We ordered all 3 of them and waited about 45 minutes, while we were the only guests in the restaurant.
Read moreWe asked for our order and he told us, that he thought we don't want something to eat. I don't know, how he could misunderstand our order, his English was pretty good and we made clear, that we're here for food, not only Kombucha.
So we waited another 15 minutes for our food.
The food was tasty but not extraordinary. Small portion. The kombucha was good.
Pros: Vegan options available
Cons: Incompetent staff

Tiny portions, not worth the price. - Edit
We ordered the coconut ceviche, and 2 other taco plates. When they brought us the ceviche (it was abt 5.00), it was a tiny bowl, ONLY1/3 full. I immediately returned it, and canceled the rest of the order. The people were pretty nasty, and tried to make us pay. No way! Not worth it.

Deserves five stars or more - Edit
Amazing food and atmosphere. Honestly this is the best food I have had in Merida so far. Vegan and vegetarian menu with one option for the carnivores. I'm sad that I cannot give them 6 stars!

Delicious - Edit
Cozy place with great vegan options. Most of the products are locally sourced and a great importance is placed on the sustainability and promote local products. The freshly made tortilla with cauliflower was great!

Small portions and inexperienced staff - Edit
The restaurant of the place is very small but has a nice vibe. The staff is friendly but very inexperienced which resulted in bad and slow service. The portions are small and the food is kind of flavorless. At least the flautas. We were still very hungry after sharing a starter and then having the flautas as main.

Lovely vibe and good food - Edit
Stayed in the hotel and also ate in the restaurant, the vegan options are solid and clearly labeled, natural juices are great, their kombucha is amazing and they've plant based milk for coffee. They should become a veggie restaurant!!

Vibes, vibes, vibes - Edit
This cafe and the hotel attached have such a soul. You walk in and just feel so at ease and your eyes enjoy the feast of the antiques and decor. The service is friendly and food in unique and tasty. Their kambucha is my favorite in Merida. One of my favorites places to unwind and enjoy away from the crowds of Centro. Also love the eco friendly practices of the cafe and hotel. If you are looking for a relaxed and beautiful place to stay in the historic center this is it!
