The vegan dishes are avocado hummus with km0 crudites, sauteed local vegetables, couscous made from cauliflower and local vegetables, fried padron peppers in tempura with made-in-house onion chutney and paprika and date sauce. Also has vegan mojito sorbet. Vegans please check with the staff about these items as they are not labeled. Open Mon-Sat 13:00-23:00.

Lovely food and experience! - Edit
The waiter was really good, he knew the menu from top to bottom and explained every dish. The whole evening was an experience! They use local and seasonal products, so the menu changes. When I asked about vegan dishes he knew exactly what he could offer or change to the dish. It was absolutely delicious! Unfortunately we did not stay much longer on Fuertecentura otherwise we would have eaten there more often.

Tolles Ambiente und sehr nette Bedienung, für alle nicht vegetarischen Gerichte gibt es Alternativen mit zB Tofu oder Seitan. Sehr gutes Essen und Weine zu einem günstigen Preis, wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!
