Great choices - Edit
It was amazing to find a place in Bolivia which sells Tofu, Seitan and other vegan alternatives! They also have a big variety of other healthy products including whole-grain products, dried vegetables and some hygienic products. Inside the store is also a restaurant which serves a menu del dia with plant-based options.

Very nice Buffet - Edit
Till 2.30 pm they have a buffet where everything is vegetarian (mostly vegan). They weigh your plate and you’re paying based on how much you got. The drinks are free, soup and deserts are 5 Bolivianos each.
