Tasty, Random find! - Edit
We ran into this place by accident on our way to another location. We had been hoping to find a roti spot while in Aruba so we were happy to have found this Suriname based resturant. While a vegan option wasn’t on the menu for the day, the owner was attentive to our needs and made us a roti with the vegetable sides she had prepared that day, which included pumpkin and potato. My only con is that we found them too late in our trip and didn’t get the chance to go back for another! It was so tasty!
