Vegan-friendly B&B on the Piazza Danye. Offers house-made vegan cakes and cookies. Shower gel and shampoo are vegan. All rooms are mansards with skylights on the roof (instead of regular windows) with opening/darkening options. Located on the 4th floor of the building with an elevator going to the 3rd only. Can provide suggestions about vegan options nearby. Please call/book before coming. Open Mon-Sun 08:00-20:00.

Great stay in Naples - Edit
We had a wonderful stay at La Gemma for 5 nights.
Read moreEven before our stay, the owner Gemma was already very helpful. She not only requested what we would like for breakfast, so the options would be tailored, but she also informed us about vegan restaurant recommendations. That was very helpful.
The location is ideal, right next to the city centre and the metro.
When we arrived, she welcomed us personally and also made sure we had the best trip. With recommendations about restaurants, day trips and transportation.
The rooms are perfect, and have everything that you might need. The surrounding streets can get busy but you don't really notice the noise inside. Only when the window was open, so we aired before we wanted to sleep. It was a world of difference with the other place in Naples we stayed at.
Breakfast is good, and personalised based on the info you provided beforehand. Gemma also makes great fresh vegan cakes. She wants everyone to feel included. She even has a vegan gluten free chocolate cake recipe on hand.
Next time in Naples, we know where to stay.

La Gemma is a lovely bed and breakfast in Naples. Gemma, the host and owner, makes vegan cakes for the guests for breakfast. There are many other vegan options as well. Gemma provided excellent recommendations for vegan restaurants as well as sites to visit. She's very friendly and helpful. The B&B was a great place to spend a few nights.

Really happy with our stay. Gemma was very accommodating, breakfast included options of drinks with alternate milks. Cinnamon cake, chocolate biscuit’s and a croissant, also fresh fruit was available and fresh juices.
Read moreGemma also gave us a lot of advice on things to do in the area, a list of all the vegan restaurants and where told us where to get the best pizzas.
The location is great. Very central to everything we had planned, however as it’s so central there is traffic noise that goes on quite late.
There are tea and coffee facilities in the room.
During the day you have to pay 20cent to use the lift. However we took the stairs. It is up 4 floors if you are doing this.
Pros: Friendly host , Vegan options labelled , Good location
Cons: Can hear traffic at night , Not suitable for people who can’t climb steps, Pay for the lift 20cents during the day

Thanks for undelining that our place is not suitable for people who can't climb steps since we are on the 4th floor but the lift only goes until the 3rd, it's very important for us that everyone is aware about this issue before booking.
Read moreWe will do our best to improve silence so that you don't hear traffic noise at night anymore - it's actually very quiet to us thanks to the high floor and good isolating windows but maybe you can still hear some noise if not used to the city.
