vegan gelato - Edit
i was very happy with the gelato i had here. the options were well labelled and included some special flavours. i had vegan stracciatella (point out you want the vegan one, they have another with dairy) and pear which i loved.
Read morethey have 4 sizes of cones, i think from 2 scoops to 5; all are vegan except the largest one. price of 3€ for the smallest seems to be average priced.

Best vegan ice cream in Florence - Edit
We’ve had some great ice cream in Florence but this really stood out. There are lots of vegan options clearly labeled on the menu. Some more interesting flavours that other places don’t offer, such as almond, peach and orange and mandarin. The stracciatella was especially good. We treated ourselves to a Bellini - Prosecco over delicious peach gelato!! It was heavenly! Friendly staff and a beautiful building with a couple of places to sit.

A scoop is about 1,50€, the scoops are honestly quite small. About half their flavours are vegan as well as their cones. Probably the only place in florence to sell vegan stracciatella but honestly, the stracciatella was quite flavourless and my scoop had about two small pieces of chocolate, the dark chocolate and the mango were good though.

The servers were delightful but the gelato wasn’t that great. But loads of vegan and non vegan options and it was in the covered metal jars so authentic gelato! I had peanut and strattcitella. Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Tried this one because I heard they have sugar free options. Unfortunately neither of the only 2 no sugar flavors were vegan. The alternative sweetners are erythritol and maltitol.

Absolutely fantastic gelateria! We tried the vegan stracciatella and the dark chocolate ice creams and both were amazing. Really great to see such a range of gelato flavours, and all were clearly marked on the menu. Considering it’s right next to Il Duomo, the price didn’t feel inflated or unreasonable at all. Staff were also lovely😄

They offer a variety of different vegan ice cream options. I had the vegan stracciatella ice cream and the lemon one. Both was really really good - especially the lemon ice cream. It hat small pieces of real lemon in it. Highly recommended 😊

This may very well be the best gelato I’ve ever had. They have clearly labeled both fruit and non-fruit flavors. I tried peanut butter and stracciatella (vanilla with chocolate chips) and both were incedibile. Be careful to specify the vegan option as there are vegan and non-vegan varieties of some flavors. Vegan cones as well! This is a must-visit in Florence.

Hands down the best vegan gelato! Great variety of flavours that are not all your usual ones. Shop owner very nice and flavours clearly labelled. I loved the tiger nuts with cinnamon (my favourite), vegan chocolate, vegan stracciatella, pear and nectarine/peach. I would move to Firenze for this place!!

Una piccola gelateria molto carina e curata appena fuori dalle strade più caotiche, hanno alcune proposte vegane molto particolari rispetto alla maggior parte delle gelaterie dove si trovano solo gusti di frutta. La Gelatiera - Edit
This cute little place serves excellent vegan gelato. At the recommendation of one of the employees, I ordered the Stracciatella and it was excellent. She said most places do not offer that option for vegans, so she said it’s a must at this shop. I was not disappointed!
