Unclear communication - Edit
I told our waiter that I was vegan and he recommended the tacos, Jibaro, and aguacate relleno. I got the Jibaro and realized there was aioli in it. I told him aioli is made of mayonnaise and it has eggs in it but he did not seem to understand and would keep denying it. He then said “I didn’t know it had eggs.” I wish he would’ve listened more to what I was saying. I also am worried there was a tiny piece of meat in the dish. First he said “that’s an onion” then looked at it again and said “that’s a plantain” but I’m not confident it was the plantain it was an entirely different color. He wasn’t really apologetic either and I felt disappointed

Ordered the veggie stuffed avocado, after over an hour of waiting, they came out and said they had no more avocado. We finally gave up and tried to leave after watching a family that had arrived 45 minutes after us get served their meals; they brought out the veggie tacos, and my friends plate was almost ice cold (She believes that just sat there while they ignored our order- until I told them we were ready to leave). Nothing special about the veggie tacos. The drinks were great.

Vegetable avocado relleno. The avocado was as big as my hand filled with vegetables with beans and rice. My husband had the veggie tacos. We loved our food but the staff friendliness somehow made the food taste even better. Jenny was an angel to tell us all the sights to see in Vieques and she made recommendations for vegan options. She has a great passion for life and we appreciated her kindness and energy. Sincerely, Oklahoma

Loved the veg tacos and mofolgo. We’re vegan so it was nice to find a good restaurant with vegan options. It is a bit pricey but we had a good time!

I ordered veggie tacos, which come with rice of the day. I confirmed that the rice was vegan friendly, and it was. The tacos were very good with a slightly sweet salsa on top. It was the same frozen veggie mix I've had all over the island (broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots). I like these veggies but wouldn't have minded other veggies too.

Brought non vegan food at first - Edit
There are several options on the menu that can be veganized. I decided to try the Jibaro- specified vegan, no dairy, no egg to the waitress but it came out with a Mayo on it that when I asked learned did have egg. They made me a new one which was just ok- didn’t have very much avocado or tomato the second time so was pretty dry. If I went again I would get the tacos instead. Veggie mofongo was the best we’d tried though! Good option if in Luquillo, but check your food first

Good place for vegan tacos - Edit
Great service, chill atmosphere, and tasty tacos! Most of the menu is pretty meaty but has a few vegetarian/vegan options. I tried the grilled vegetable vegan tacos, which came with a side of rice. Tasty, very filling, and affordable. Worth stopping by if you’re in Luquillo.

We had veggie tacos and mofongo for dinner. The menu only had a few vegan dishes, but the staff was helpful with figuring out what our options were! I’d definitely recommend for those staying in Luquillo :)!!
