Nice pastry, mediocre croissant

They have one vegan croissant which unfortunately it's very mediocre when compared to the omnivore offer. It's kinda chewy. However they make delicious cakes upon request and have also small pastry which is good as well. They also have soy milk.

"Senza burro la brioche non sfoglia"

Sono andata nonostante le varie recensioni negative su google e ho solamente confermato ciò che era scritto.
Alla mia richiesta se avessero brioche vegane una ragazzetta al bancone mi ha risposto di no, poi ha subito ignorantemente affermato che era perché "senza burro le brioche non sfogliano"... alla mia risposta che non è vero perché conosco (e frequento) molte pasticcerie che invece le hanno, ha risposto che è perché "sono industriali"...al che ho risposto che non era così ma che erano di produzione propria....e così abbiamo chiuso la discussione...se i dipendenti si informassero meglio prima di parlare non sarebbe male,eviterebbero figuracce inutili e scortesi.
Sarebbe comunque bastato rispondere "no mi dispiace ma se vuoi abbiamo dei mignon" senza fare la saputella avrebbe fatto sicuramente più bella figura. Di certo non perderanno soldi a causa dei vegani,ma aumentano le recensioni negative. E non so se conviene a lungo andare....

Great Small snack

This was one of the hidden gem I found in schio! I hope you would love the pastry as well together with a Italian espresso.
