Ho preso una focaccia veg alla curcuma "Cecilia". Al suo interno c'erano pomodorini, cipolle caramellate e una salsa di ceci di loro produzione. Tra le focacce veg più buone che abbia mai mangiato a Pisa. La consiglio.

Good Focaccias, nice staff - Edit
We tried the „Poppea“ and the „Fedra“ (veganized) and they were so good - fresh veggies and crispy bread for a reasonable price! The staff was very kind as well, allowed us to switch out the mozzarella for hummus without paying extra and asked us several times if we enjoyed our food!

Very good vegan sandwich - Edit
I had one of their vegan sandwiches which was excellent: an unusual foccacia and rich-but-delicate filling. A good price, too, 5.5 euros. Cheap for the quality offered.

Éloigné des touristes mais tout de même pas loin de la tour de pise. Les personnes y sont extrêmement sympathiques, vraiment pas cher surtout pour cette qualité.

La Garniture est fraîche et de qualité et le houmous est parfait, ce qui est rare dans les restaurants qui ne sont pas 100% vege.

un’altra opzione cheap per studenti quindi sempre apprezzata, ma se avessero piú opzioni vegane e qualche posto a sedere al coperto sarebbe meglio, inoltre per una foccaccina a caso senza ingredienti speciali 6 euro sono un po’ tantini secondo me

Varie opzioni per pranzo veloce - Edit
Pur non essendo total veg ha diverse opzioni vegane e vegetariane, sia con piadine che focacce (entrambe senza derivati animali). Ho provato la focaccia con crema di ceci, verdure grigliate e fresche a 5,5€: davvero buona e ben condita. Non hanno posti dentro ma tavolini fuori e panche. Personale cordiale.
