We LOVE this place. we have been going here for over a decade. In the past few years, we have gone more and more as it's very convenient for all three generations of us to meet in the middle. The options are clearly labeled and the staff knows what's vegan and what is vegetarian. THere are a LOT of options, as well. They offer beans on the side, if that's what you want. our particular favorite is the veggie chalupas that are loaded with alfafa sprouts. Next favorite is the tofu salad, and the veggie fajitas are great as well. Service is wonderful.

A hidden gem! - Edit
I came here hopeful to find a place me and my husband could both eat at. I'm vegan but he's not and these guys were highly recommended! I'm so glad we tried them out! We arrived right at opening so they were still a little busy getting things ready and we're apologetic. We told them we're in no rush, don't worry! Our waiter was super on top of things, refilling our drinks and constantly checking on us to make sure we're good. Superb service! I had questions about if the puffy taco plate with the enchilada could be made without cheese or any dairy and of course no meat and the waiter asked if I'm vegan or not. I said I was and he jotted it down, making sure there would be no cheese and no sour cream etc. Vegan plate! I was so impressed! He went above and beyond for us! Will definitely be back!

Surprising number of vegan/vegetarian options. The waitress was very familiar with dish ingredients and knew to indicate my dish needed the mayo-free guac (didn’t know that could have even been an ingredient).

The waitor was very knowledgeable about the vegan options. Anything can be made vegan with protein options of tofu (marinated in tomatillo sauce), beans, or guacamole (must specify vegan so they make without mayonnaise). The menu specifies what's vegan/vegetarian and what's not (there is one of their four sauces that is not vegan). They cook in oil instead of butter or grease. The salsa and chips were plentiful. We loved the salsa. The enchiladas, puffy tacos, rice, and beans were all delicious. It was a really good experience. We'll come back next time we are in the area.

I am new to the vegetarian lifestyle and I decided to go to La Fiesta Patio Cafe today! I fell in love with the Veggie Chalupas, Brown rice, and Beans. Delicious! Every bite! I can't wait to go back and try something new! My new favorite spot!

Just finished eating here and the food and service were really great. All I had to say was that I was vegan and they informed me of the modifications they could make to the different dishes in order to fit my diet. I had the veggie combo and it came with a chalupa and 2 enchiladas, and it was all great. I felt very comfortable and confident that the food I ate was completely vegan.

I have eaten here twice and have found plenty of options for vegans and vegetarians. Choose tofu or beans in tacos, enchiladas, fajitas or salads to make them vegan. They know what vegan means and I have not had a problem here but I still say no cheese or sour cream just to make sure. They don't use lard and they do use brown rice. Their guacamole has mayonnaise in it but you can request it without. Good sized portions for a reasonable price. Nice atmosphere. Excellent service. I will definitely be back on a regular basis.
