Good Vegan pizza and friendly staff - Edit
Really great vegan cheese pizza and vegan soup. The menu has vegan dishes and the staff is super friendly with options for converting other dishes vegan.

Stopped in to get a pizza roll to eat on the train. They were very fast and very clear about the vegan options. The cheese was really good, better than a lot of pizzas. I would have liked some vegan meat options. Also the marinara dipping sauce has butter in it — annoying, but I'm glad they told me. Make sure that the tomato sauce on the pizza is vegan. The service was very fast and the pizza roll was good.

My husband was marching a parade in town, so we stopped in to get dinner… we were surprised by the unassuming exterior to find it packed inside and soon enough we found out why… the food was delicious and we felt like we belonged right away! (We weren’t those weird vegans!! 😉)

This is a pizza parlor at a small strip mall. I ordered a large pizza with vegan cheese and veggies to go. The pizza was quite good and filling. There are also tables and chairs to eat in the restaurant itself.

La Familia has vegan cheese available! We got a plain large pizza with some veggie toppings and it was pretty good. The crust was a little thin and crunchy for my personal tastes, so next time I'll try and order a sicilian pie with vegan cheese.
Read moreThe option for vegan cheese is clearly labeled in their system, presumably so the people making the pies can clearly see it listed which I view as a huge plus for consideration of not getting orders wrong.
As far as I can tell, the vegan cheese option is available on other items as well like calzones or rolls.
UPDATE: the Grandma pie with vegan cheese was INCREDIBLE. Highly highly recommend. It seems to me like Most pizza places with vegan cheese tend to just forget how to make a good pizza as soon as you change the cheese; that is NOT the case here. This tasted exactly like an excellent pizza but the cheese was vegan. Top notch

We appreciate your feedback, Jared! We are glad that you found the vegan cheese option clearly labeled and that you enjoyed the pizza. We are keeping our eyes out for a less expensive alternative, However this is the only substitute that we find meets our quality of food we look to provide, unfortunately that iscome at a cost of 75% more than our regular mozzarella.
