Beautiful little find - Edit
Now known as La Hoja Verde, this place was so worth coming back for... excellent food and they happily swapped my non-vegan cheese for vegan when I realised I hadn't specified! The vegan ceviche was 👌 and the umami burger was 😍 ! Wonderful value, I wish the new guys best of luck (not that they'll need it!) 😘 Just make sure to specify for vegan so as not to trouble them like I did 😰

worth the drive - Edit
Although not close to Playa Del Coco we found the food and service to be worth the trip. Excellent combinations and flavors. Vegan and vegetarian are hard to find in the beach communities.

Lovely owners in a lovely place with the best vegetarian and vegan food of the world. You MUST visit if you are in the area. Awesome nicecreams, veggie bowls, salads, empanadas... and Positive Burgers... no words... Just heavenly!!!!!!!!!

GREAT PLACE, GREAT OWNERS AND GREAT FOOD - Edit
They are super nice. We had Positive Burgers, several empanadas, salads, and paninis. The smoothies are excellent. All vegetarian, with some vegan options, and even gluten free desserts and ice cream! Definitely a must try, even for meat and fish lovers who want a little healthy but excellent vegetarian food.

One of the best veggie burgers of my life - Edit
After 20+ years of eating veggie burgers I hardly even order them anymore. I am so glad I did here - it was one of the best I have ever had! Really nice staff, great menu, funky little spot, and pretty good price. Had an excellent juice as well. Possibly the best meal we had the whole trip. It is part of a small complex building at the top of the hill. Keep an eye out for signs and you will find it. Takes cards.

Amazing food!! Great people! All vegetarian, mostly vegan. They have a vegan gyro with freakin' tzatziki sauce, people! The #1 burger is a sloppy, delicious mess of goodness. Try the mint lemonade, too!
